Please send payment via Venmo or Cash App to: "thehooplifebrand" and be sure to include your team name in the payment notes for proper processing. Please note: If you choose to add a player from our Free Agent Pool, no discounts or refunds will be issued to your team. Selecting a Free Agent is entirely at your discretion.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to the 23hr cancellation period will be automatically credited back to your account. If you're cancelling after the 23 hr cancellation policy has expired, the session will be lost. If you would like to keep the session on your account to be rescheduled at a later date, you may pay a $45 cancellation fee to keep the session. The payment can be made to our Venmo or Cashapp to "thehooplifebrand". Once paid, we will credit the session back to your account. Note that if you need to cancel your session after the 23 hr timeframe has expired, please text or call Coach Magee at 210.849.5982 to give context on how you would like to proceed as indicated above.
