Cancellation Policy

Please note that all cancellations / reschedules must be done 12 hrs in advance and in fairness to other trainees / members giving them enough time to book your cancelled time slot. Any session cancelled outside of the 12hr timeframe will not be credited back to you account. Sessions cancelled within the 12hr timeframe will automatically credited back to your account for later booking. Please note that if you need to cancel your session after the 12hr timeframe has expired, contact Hooplife® at 210.849.5982 to have your session cancelled.
